This young Wheatear was in the paddock this morning before the rain. I went to the park to look for Redstarts, still no luck.

Nice turd isn't it.

DMcG HX birder: I have been married to Bonnie for 51years we have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Son No1 lives on The Isle of Skye,Great! Daughter lives in Downham Market,Really Great!Son No2 lives in Massachusettes,Terrific! We do miss him though. I have always followed the great outdoors since a boy, birdnesting then breeding british birds and hybryds. I have now been retired for 12 years and spent most of that time catching up with the modern birders. facinating hobby.
