5 days near Lowestoft

Had big plans before we went,  Kessingland,  Lowestoft Industrial area, Cliffs,   Wheatears,  Black Redstarts,   lots of other migrants.   Arrived Monday no time to do anything,  wednesday found 60 Sand Martins going ballistic,  took some photos of them then went to step over a sleeper and slipped on some slime came down with my back on the edge of the sleeper,  couldn't walk,  spent 3 hours in A and E,  result,  broken rib,  damaged nerve,  and other soft tissue damage.  End of birding,  dancing? general fun.
