Russ and I thought we would have a go for the Great Grey Shrike ,and we were not disappointed. What a spectacle watching this fabulous bird catching the bugs in the usual Shrike manner. Other birds that are about in this unique area are, Black Redstart, Little Owl, Barn Owl, Yellowhammers, Corn Buntings, Skylarks and many more. Also what a friendly welcome we got from Russell Savory and the other guys working there.
